A perfect balance of lush ripe fruit and elegance. The aromas portray floral, black cherry and raspberry notes, with earthy undertones. In the mouth are silky raspberry, black cherry and spice flavours with earthy, leafy hints. A charming red, that pairs beautifully with chicken, duck, mushroom risotto, boeuf bourguignon, or rich, creamy cheeses such as a Cîteaux cheese, a medium-firm cheese like Gruyere or a hard cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano.
